SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Provider 

Our worldwide delivery provider is DHL and is available to all countries. We ship every package with DHL Go Green. For Greece, we partner with ACS. 

 

Shipping Cost & Delivery Time 

The cost for shipping is free on orders over 250 EUR. The price for shipping may vary depending on your address and shipping option. Inaccessible areas may take 1-2 more days. See bellow an indicative range of price and time (after the 7 -14 days of handmade-to-order production time):


  • Rhodes, Greece: Free of charge, Local Pickup
  • Greece: 4.50€ – 8.10€ , 1 to 5 days
  • Europe: 13.00€ – 16.30€ , 3 to 7 days
  • UK: 13.00€ – 16.30€ , 3 to 7days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 32.40€ – 44.40€, 4 to 7 days
  • USA, Canada & Mexico: 19.30€ – 37.30€ , 4 to 7 days
  • Rest of the world: 32.40€ – 44.40€ , 4 to 7 days
 

Your shipping price and options will display at checkout.

Orders are shipped on business days. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.


Tracking Your Order
After the payment is received in our system, your order will be dispatched. When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to let you know it is on the move. 

When the courier picks up the package you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order on the courier’s website.


Returns & Exchanges
We really hope that you love your TrecoT items as much as we do. But if for any reason you do wish to make a return, no worries, we provide you with all the necessary information detailed bellow.


Returns
We accept returns on all items, except those requested on your specific measurements, within 14 days from the date package was received. We are unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after those days may be returned to you. Returns come at your expense, as a small brand, we do not have the facilities or logistics to offer free returns. If your package is returned to us, we do not stand for the shipping cost to resend your item(s). Returned item(s) must be in its original condition, without it been worn (except if you try it on as you would on a physical store), altered, or washed, with all tags attached, the original packaging intact and without further visible damage. We do not send return slips with the parcels, we think that is a waste of paper. To fulfil your return request submit a request via the contact form. Just fill it out indicating if you would like a refund or exchange, print it off and include it in your return package. For refunds, the above conditions also apply here. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please get a tracking number when you send your return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.


Exchange
You can exchange your item(s) for any size except those requested on your specific measurements, and we will send the exchange back to you at no extra charge. Please note that due to environmental reasons we only offer free exchanges once. After receiving an exchange package, we will immediately process exchanges and we will contact you as soon as your exchange will be ready and off to ship. Depending on the product or products being exchanged we will inform you with a rough estimated time that will take to prepare them. Don’t forget that we make products on demand by hand. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact with us immediately and include a photo of the item. We will advise you on how to proceed.

 

Important Notes:

If you have ordered a custom-made piece, it is not possible to procced in any kind of return method. It is a piece made only for you and it will be yours to keep. Please mark your  package as a return when sending back to us. We do not stand for customs payments. Any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs.
